What happens to your data
This page describes what this site actually does, not a copied generic template. Last updated: 21 August 2026.
The enquiry form posts to no server
The form on the contact page doesn't behave the way you'd expect an ordinary form to. What you type into it — name, event type, date, venue, notes — is never sent to any server of ours and never stored in any database. The entire site is static pages with no backend to receive data.
What happens when you press "Send on WhatsApp" is that your browser assembles your entries into message text and opens WhatsApp with it already written. The message is only sent when you press send inside WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete it first. If you close WhatsApp without sending, nothing reaches us at all.
Once you do send, the conversation falls under WhatsApp's privacy policy alongside this one — an independent third party we don't control.
What we actually keep
WhatsApp conversations and phone calls stay on company devices for as long as there's an operational need: following up an enquiry, delivering a booking, or referring back to a previous display. We don't sell this data or share it for marketing, and we don't use your number for bulk messages you didn't ask for.
On an actual booking, site and timing details are shared with the relevant authorities as part of the permit arrangements — a regulatory requirement for running the display, not a marketing choice.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all, and shows you no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third parties
- WhatsApp (Meta) — our main contact channel. Any WhatsApp button takes you to the wa.me domain, governed by their policies.
- Google Maps — location links open Google Maps in a new tab. We don't embed a map in the pages, so no Google resources load while you browse here.
- YouTube — where a page carries a video, it loads only when you press play, and goes through the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Before you press play, no request reaches YouTube and nothing is placed on your device.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and processes server requests including IP address, as any hosting provider does.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete your conversation and details from our devices, or ask what we hold about you. Message us on the same number you contacted us through and we'll act on it.
