An operator, not a broker
Riyadh Fireworks Company is based in Riyadh and specialises in planning and delivering fireworks and cold-spark displays for weddings, national occasions, and corporate events. We cover 153 districts across 15 municipalities within the Riyadh region, plus Diriyah.
We are the operator ourselves: the crew that surveys your site is the crew that designs the display and fires it. We don't hand the work to a third party, and we don't sell a booking and then go looking for someone to deliver it.
Licences and documents
We send a copy of the commercial registration and the operating licence over WhatsApp to any customer who asks — before booking, and before any payment.
Advice that applies to the whole market, not just to us: ask for these documents from any company you're considering. One that stalls on producing them, or tells you a permit "isn't needed for a display this size," or offers to let you handle it with the authorities — those are signs the display will run without official cover, and the liability then lands on you and on the venue. How we deliver a display

The survey
We visit the site — or survey it remotely if a visit isn't possible — to measure safe launch distances, what surrounds it in buildings, power lines and emergency access, and the prevailing wind at that time of year. No price before this step.

The design
We build the sequence around a specific moment in your programme: the entrance, the finale, the ribbon cutting. Heights, shell types and duration get locked, and out of that comes a written quote for a specific display — not an open range.

Official arrangements
We handle coordination with Civil Defense and the relevant authorities using the approved site data and design. This step is our responsibility, not yours, and it doesn't start until the two before it are complete.

Execution
The crew arrives with enough time to set up and secure the launch perimeter, carrying a fallback plan for changed weather or a running-late programme. Afterwards we clear the site and confirm nothing is left behind.
What we don't do
- We don't quote a final price before surveying the site. A number given before the survey always changes after it.
- We don't run aerial fireworks inside buildings. For enclosed venues there is cold spark — a different technology, not a compromise.
- We don't sell you a bigger display than your site can carry. If the survey says cold spark suits you better than an aerial show, we say so before pricing, not after.
- We don't publish photos or footage of a private event without the host's permission.
